I am passionate about helping my clients to lead healthy, happy, and pain-free lives. Although pain management is our focus at MRT, empowering my clients to take control of their general nutrition and health has always been important to me.
I have always considered myself a healthy individual. However 10 years ago, I was faced with the greatest health scare of my life. For no apparent reason, I experienced a life-threatening brain hemorrhage. Even the doctors could not understand what caused it. This incident drove me to become even more proactive about my health, and in doing so be able to then share my knowledge and experience with others.
I began changing my lifestyle and learning everything I could about various health issues, most importantly was my intention around increasing my nutritional health.
Because of my lifestyle, eating habits, and nutritional supplementation I naturally assumed I was an exceptionally healthy individual, however the brain hemorrhage I incurred would prove otherwise. The challenge I faced is that on a cellular level I never truly knew how effective these lifestyle changes were.
Several years later, I was introduced to a device that would empower me to have more understanding and control over my nutritional health.
Biophotonic Scanner: Measuring Your Antioxidant Levels

This device is called the Biophotonic Scanner, which some of you may remember I briefly introduced a few years ago.

The Biophotonic Scanner is an instrument that accurately measures antioxidant health on a cellular level. The scanner can help predict your risk for cancer, heart disease, and even diabetes by measuring the level of antioxidants in your body and providing you with a baseline measurement for your overall nutritional health.

Knowing your antioxidant level is as important as knowing your cholesterol levels, or your blood pressure. Antioxidants are our body’s secret weapon against cancer and other diseases. They are also known for slowing down the aging process, boosting your immune system, and increasing recovery times, while decreasing pain and inflammation.

A recent study on oxidative medicine and cellular longevity confirmed that not only do individuals with high antioxidant levels have a significantly decreased risk for breast cancer, but it also confirmed that the process used by the Biophotonic Scanner is an accurate method for measuring antioxidant levels.

Despite my deliberate attempt to lead a healthy lifestyle, the first time I had my antioxidant levels tested my score was low. This was very surprising to me, but the data empowered me to make lifestyle changes as I worked to increase my antioxidant score.

I focused on upping my fruits and vegetable intake and I experimented with new supplements, searching for products that had higher absorption rates. Over the last three years, I continued to retest my antioxidant levels, watching my score increase with each positive lifestyle change.

Having this data provided me with the knowledge and control I needed to intentionally increase my health. When it comes to health, we regularly utilize data, such as cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight to influence our lifestyle changes. It only makes sense that we empower ourselves with data on our nutritional health, so that we can adjust our lifestyles as we strive for optimal wellness.

A few years ago I introduced the Biophotonic Scanner to clients at MRT. Circumstances at the time, did not allow us to provide regular antioxidant testing opportunities at the MRT clinic. I am excited to reintroduce this technology to our clients and announce that we will now be offering antioxidant scanning at the MRT clinic on a monthly basis. Each scan will only cost $10.

Should your antioxidant levels be low, we will work with you to recommend lifestyle changes that will help improve your score.

We are excited to announce that we are now offering monthly antioxidant scanning for only $10!
