I believe that every massage session should be unique to each individual client’s wants and needs. I promise to listen with an attentive ear to your personal requests for the day while also listening to what your body tells me during the massage. For clients that like a deep tissue massage, I will work with your pain tolerance to increase range of motion, decrease scar tissue, alleviate trigger points within your muscles, and reduce pain or discomfort within the body. If you just need to relax and unwind, I will melt away your tension with a smooth, rhythmic Swedish massage; incorporating subtle energy work techniques to balance and align the body with its calm center.
